Latvia Expels Top North Korea Scholar Before Lecture

Russian scholar Andrei Lankov was detained in Latvia minutes before a North Korea lecture and expelled. He believes his blacklisting stems from his objective writing style on the reclusive state, which Latvian authorities deem problematic.
