Ambulance Diverted from Shooting Victim to Anxious Officer

A Connecticut man shot by police waited 10 extra minutes for an ambulance after the first was diverted for an officer having an "anxiety attack." The 39-year-old later died. A state report deemed the shooting justified but questioned the delay.
