Georgia Woman Dies After Zip-Line Accident in Puerto Rico

Tamirah Dix, 40, of Georgia died from a head injury sustained while zip-lining in Puerto Rico. Initially seeming fine, she later had seizures and died en route to the hospital. Her family described the incident as a tragic "freak accident."
