Vice Mayor Slain; Husband Faces Murder Charge

Coral Springs Vice Mayor Nancy Metayer Bowen was found dead at home. Her husband is charged with premeditated murder in a domestic violence case. She was the city's first Black and Haitian American female commissioner and an environmental scientist.
