Deadly New Opioid Outpaces Fentanyl

A new synthetic opioid called N-Propionitrile chlorphine, ten times more potent than fentanyl, is spreading across the U.S. Linked to dozens of deaths in Tennessee, it is undetectable by standard fentanyl test strips.
