Baseball Legend Phil Scrap Iron Garner Dies at 76

Phil Garner, a three-time All-Star infielder and manager who led the Astros to their first World Series, has died at 76. The "Scrap Iron" player won a 1979 championship with Pittsburgh and later managed for 15 MLB seasons.
