Georgia wildfire doubles, now spans 31 square miles

One of two large Georgia wildfires doubled in size, exceeding 31 square miles, with only 7% containment. The blaze destroyed at least 87 homes, sparked by a foil balloon hitting power lines. Evacuation notices were issued as winds threatened further spread.
