At least 14 Jordanian pilgrims died during Hajj in Saudi Arabia due to extreme heat, with 17 others missing. Temperatures of 47C were recorded in Mecca and Medina. The Saudi health ministry reported over 2,760 cases of sunstroke and advised avoiding outdoor activity from 10am to 4pm.
