Virginia cyclist shot multiple times in road rage attack

A man on an electric bike was shot multiple times by a road rage driver in Fairfax, Virginia. The suspect exited a silver sedan, fired at the cyclist after an exchange, and fled. The victim is critical; a suspect is in custody.
