Bomb-Strapped Suspect Holds Hostages in Bakersfield Bank

A suspect with a bomb strapped to him barricaded himself inside a Bakersfield Chase Bank with hostages. One hostage was safely released as crisis negotiators, including the FBI, worked to resolve the situation. All remaining hostages were reported in good health.
