Florida father charged after son, 8, rides jetski alone

Florida police found an eight-year-old boy riding a jetski alone off Lido Key. His father admitted uncertainty about the law but called his son "very proficient." It is illegal in Florida for anyone under 14 to operate a personal watercraft alone.
