Black Hawk helicopters rescue 200 from flooded camp

Over 200 children and staff were rescued by Black Hawk helicopters from a Missouri summer camp after catastrophic flooding. No major injuries were reported, but a woman remains missing. Governor Kehoe declared a state of emergency as flood warnings continue.
