South Carolina Governor Appoints Graham’s Sister to Senate

South Carolina Gov. McMaster appointed Darline Graham Nordone to finish her late brother Lindsey Graham's Senate term. She will serve until a special primary election on Aug. 11. Graham, 71, died in office, prompting a quick Republican consensus on his sister's appointment.
