Peter Michael Anthony Tighe, 36, arrested in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina for nearly cutting off a man's nose with a samurai sword after he kissed Tighe's family member in a parking lot. Tighe, known to carry unique knives, is held on $15,000 bail.
