Garbage Truck Explosion Blasts Shrapnel Into Worker’s Eye

A sanitation worker was hospitalized after oxygen tanks caused a garbage truck explosion, sending shrapnel into his eye. Safety glasses prevented worse injury. Two improperly disposed tanks triggered the blast, with two more found inside the truck.
