Arkansas Officer Drowns Saving Fiancée Hours After Proposal

Arkansas police officer Fred Marsh drowned saving his fiancée Hailey from the Elk River hours after proposing. He got her to safety but was caught in the current. His mother-in-law called him a hero who “did what a good human would do.”
