DeChambeau blames two-stroke penalty for Open loss

Bryson DeChambeau claims a two-shot penalty at the Open cost him a chance at the Claret Jug. Rory McIlroy called the penalty obvious and criticized DeChambeau's behavior. DeChambeau finished six shots behind winner Ryan Fox.
