Canadian Town Finally Clears Decades-Long Fish Rot Stench

After 20 years of rotting fish stench, cleanup crews in St. Mary's, Newfoundland are finally removing 110 abandoned tanks of fermented fish sauce. The $1.7 million project will drain and safely dispose of the waste that haunted the 300-person town.
