Economy cools but consumer spending holds strong

The U.S. economy grew at a 1.5% annual rate in Q2, slowing from 2.1% earlier. Consumer spending remained strong at 2.1%, but rising 3.7% inflation and a 2.7% savings rate may challenge future growth.
