Hurricane Isaias Targets Gulf Coast as First of Season

Hurricane Isaias became the Atlantic season's first hurricane, threatening the U.S. Gulf Coast with landfall Friday or Saturday. States of emergency were declared as oil production halted and coastal communities prepared for heavy rain and flooding.
