A special prosecutor will determine if Georgia Lt Gov Burt Jones faces criminal charges for election interference in the 2020 presidential election. The Prosecuting Attorneys’ Council of Georgia appointed Pete Skandalakis to handle the case due to a conflict of interest with the district attorney.
