Jeep driver plows into seagulls on Washington beach, horrifies witnesses

A man driving a Jeep deliberately plowed into approximately 25 seagulls on a Washington beach, narrowly missing two people walking their dogs. Witnesses were shocked by the incident, trying to save the injured birds, as authorities seek the driver's identity.
