Houston Man Fatally Shot While Confronting Vandals Outside Home

Osvaldo Casas, a 37-year-old husband and father of two, was fatally shot while confronting vandals outside his Houston home, leaving his wife, eight months pregnant, to witness his death. The incident followed a report of car vandalism the previous night.
