Four individuals have been arrested on murder charges in relation to the disappearance of two women in Oklahoma. Veronica Butler and Jilian Kelley vanished while on their way to pick up children, leading to the arrests of Tad Bert Cullum, Tifany Machel Adams, Cole Earl Twombly, and Cora Twombly.
