Matthew Perry, of "Friends" fame, passed away due to a ketamine dose administered by his long-serving assistant, Kenneth Iwamasa. Iwamasa admitted to providing multiple injections without medical expertise. US law enforcement charged five individuals for Perry's death with additional revelations of Perry's ketamine interest.
