Kenyan man Kevin Adam Kinyanjui Kangethe has been extradited to the US to face murder charges after his girlfriend Margaret Mbitu was found dead in an SUV at Boston airport. Kangethe appeared in court in Massachusetts, accused of brutally attacking Mbitu with a knife.
