Man charged with murder after shooting at ex-girlfriend's birthday party
Jalin J. Foreman, 27, was arrested for killing the mother of his children, Jalen Whitlock, at a birthday party in Houston. Despite prior incidents of shots being fired, Foreman arrived at the party and shot Whitlock, leaving her dead on the scene.
