Jay Cutler Arrested for DUI and Gun Possession in Franklin

Jay Cutler rear-ended a car in downtown Franklin, Tennessee before he was arrested for DUI. He allegedly tried to evade the scene, offered the other driver money to not call the police, but was ultimately found with "bloodshot" eyes and a strong alcoholic odor.
