Mother and children missing after suspected intentional plunge at Niagara.

A 33-year-old mother, Chianti Means, and her two children are missing after intentionally going over Niagara Falls. Search efforts have been unsuccessful. The incident was on Luna Island, a small island between the American Falls and Bridal Veil Falls.
