Justice Department sues to block UnitedHealth- Amedisys merger for $3.3B

The Justice Department files a suit to block UnitedHealth Group's $3.3 billion acquisition of Amedisys, citing concerns about reduced access to home health and hospice services in the U.S. Attorneys General from four states also join in the antitrust complaint.
