A 79-year-old woman, Sandra Fitts, was fatally struck by an Amazon delivery truck as she crossed the street in Cherokee County, Georgia. The driver, London Best, 24, left the scene of the accident but was later arrested and charged with vehicular homicide and hit-and-run.
