Man charged with triple homicide in Manhattan stabbing rampage

Ramon Rivera, a suspect, was arrested in connection to three fatal stabbings in New York City. The attacks occurred within two and a half hours, leaving three dead. The suspect was found near the United Nations headquarters after a passing cabdriver alerted police.
