Woman Declared "Voluntary Missing Person" Crosses Border Alone, Triggers Concern

Hannah Kobayashi, a Maui woman, was declared a 'voluntary missing woman' as she crossed into Mexico from the US, purchasing a bus ticket from LA. The LAPD believes she went missing of her own accord and ruled out foul play.
