Texas Attorney Shoots Son with Down Syndrome, Burns Body

Michael Howard, a Texas attorney, shot and killed his Down Syndrome son, mistaking him for an intruder and then burned his body on the family property. Howard claimed he did so because he thought it was what his son would have wanted.
