Washington Couple's Jewelry Theft Evade Chase Ends in Capture

A man and a woman in Washington escape from jewelry theft by car, foot, and rowboat; however, their rowboat sank in Port Gamble Bay. After swimming to shore, they were arrested. The suspects' identities remain unknown.
