Bernabe Roman, 47, was arrested for the murder of Jose Salinas Gomez almost 27 years after the Christmas Day altercation in Athens, Alabama. Roman, accused of shooting Gomez dead, was finally taken into custody with the help of U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement.
