Former Oklahoma Shelf Stocker Executed for Murder of 10-Year-Old

Kevin Ray Underwood, who murdered a 10-year-old neighbor in a disturbed fantasy, was executed on his birthday in Oklahoma. Before his death, he expressed remorse and had a final meal of chicken fried steak. Underwood's execution marks the nation's 25th and final of the year.
