Peppino Fappani, 69, fought off a tiger shark attacking a snorkeler in Egypt by jabbing its eye. Despite injuries, Fappani survived after the shark mauled another swimmer. The shark was caught. Fappani is healing well after treatment in Egypt and Italy.
