Google Maps Renames Gulf of Mexico to Gulf of America
Google Maps changed the Gulf of Mexico to the Gulf of America due to an executive order from Trump. The rename only applies in the U.S., while Mexican users still see the original name. Trump also declared February 9th as Gulf of America Day.
