Severe Storms Hit Southeast, 10 Million Under Flood Warnings

At least 10 million people in the U.S. are under flood warnings with storms causing four deaths. Parts of Kentucky and Tennessee received heavy rain, while severe weather is forecasted from the Midwest to the Northeast.
