Son Arrested in Arkansas After Mother Found Living Among Cats

A 61-year-old man in Arkansas was arrested for elder abuse and animal cruelty after his 92-year-old mother was found living in poor conditions with 38 cats, one of which was deceased. The man was charged and the animals were taken in by rescue facilities.
