A 14-year-old girl has been arrested and charged with the murder of a non-profit founder's daughter, Kendra McIntyre, 20, who was shot in Los Angeles. McIntyre was a trafficking survivor, and her mother, a co-founder of Breaking the Chains nonprofit, suspects the suspect may also be from the streets.
