Kaitlin Armstrong, convicted of killing pro cyclist Anna "Mo" Wilson, is being sued by the victim's family in a wrongful death lawsuit seeking $1m in damages. Armstrong attempted to flee to Costa Rica after the murder but was caught by US Marshals.
