Floods Force Evacuations, Highway Collapse, and Ministers Resignation

Severe storms in Portugal since late January have caused fatal flooding, forcing 3,000 evacuations, collapsing a major motorway, and prompting the interior minister's resignation. At least 15 people have died amid the ongoing crisis.
